| SHUTTLE MACHINES: SH LINE |
|
|
Linear machines featuring a central oven and 1 or 2 carriages. They enter into the oven for cooking and then travel to a cooling station for cooling and extraction of the moulded parts.
Limited operating space.
Increased loading capacity from the mould-holding arms which are supported at the two ends.
The same arm can perform consecutive cycles while the other arm has stopped production in order to interchange a straight/offset arm or because production tests have been performed.
Airtightness of the oven is not achieved by using doors, but with fixed panels assembled onto the carriages, optimizing the sealing of the oven and reducing cycle times. |
