The system's special 5-station configuration features a central oven with 4 operating arms which alternate totally independently during the cooking and cooling/loading/unloading phases:

Two consecutive moulding cycles can be performed with the same arm while moulds or even an arm are being replaced on the other carriages. Each operating arm has its very own cooling station, so that very different cooking and cooling cycles could be performed: production combinations are therefore almost unlimited.
